What It Is

The Vanguard CxO Initiative (or VCI) is a monthly, invite-only series for Vietnam’s top operators — founders, CEOs, and senior executives responsible for growth, capital, and control.

Each edition convenes 20–40 leaders over breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

A focused 20-minute fireside frames the issue; a moderated dialogue turns it into decisions you can use tomorrow.

  • Invitation-Only

  • Chatham House Rule

  • One Topic, One Room, Real Takeaways

Why It Exists

Vietnam’s business landscape is evolving faster than most leadership conversations.

The CxO Initiative creates a space for serious leaders to think aloud, exchange lessons, and test strategies with peers facing the same pressures — without the performance of a public stage.

  • Growth under uncertainty

  • Capital, FX, and supply constraints

  • Governance beyond founders

  • Cross-border competition

The Format

Act I —
Shared Meal (30–40 min).

Warm, informal networking and connection among participants.

Act II —
Fireside & Dialogue (60 min).

A 20-minute conversation with an operator or strategist, followed by moderated peer discussion.

Act III —
Commit & Connect (10 min).

Each leader shares one takeaway; Vanguard facilitates follow-ups after the session.
