Vietnam Vanguard Appoints Suresh G. Kumar to its Board of Directors

Vietnam Vanguard is pleased to announce the appointment of Suresh G. Kumar, Group CEO of Circadia Corporation, to its Board of Directors.

Suresh brings more than 18 years of experience across corporate services, market entry, business structuring, governance, and regional expansion in Southeast Asia.

He currently leads Circadia Corporation, a Singapore-headquartered corporate services firm with operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Previously, he served as Partner and Vietnam Country Head of Business Process Solutions at Deloitte and held a regional Managing Director role at TMF Group. Earlier in his career, he worked with PwC in New York and other Big Four firms across Taiwan, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Suresh is an active investor, board member, and mentor to high-growth businesses. He has supported companies on governance, expansion, institutionalization, and preparation for international capital markets.

His appointment strengthens Vanguard’s capabilities at a time when Vietnamese companies are increasingly looking beyond domestic growth toward regional expansion, stronger governance, and deeper integration with international capital and business networks.

At Vanguard, Suresh will contribute his regional operating experience and perspective to our work across leadership, cross-border growth, institutional development, and the continued expansion of Vanguard’s network across Southeast Asia.
