Linh Thai brings over 26 years of expertise in finance, marketing, and operations. She focuses on building AI skills across individuals, corporate teams, and future leaders, helping them apply new tools and strategies to drive real results. Through targeted AI training and consulting, she helps organizations boost efficiency, improve decision-making, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Linh is the CEO of Skills Bridge, a training and development company dedicated to empowering business professionals through AI upskilling and consulting.

Some of her prior roles include Head of Strategy and Operations at VinaCapital, one of the leading asset managers in Vietnam; and Director of Investments at DFJ VinaCapital, one of Vietnam’s first venture capital funds.

Linh graduated with honors from the University of Southern California and holds an MBA from The Wharton School. She grew up in Los Angeles, CA and has called Ho Chi Minh City home for the past 17 years.
